Generative collages. Masks (discs, triangles, Klimt, Malevich, drops) cut through image sets: Japan, Louvre, Vegas, LA, abstraction. The browser plays the baked layers back as a slow composition.

Play is the other half: an eight-zone piece you swipe through, freeze, and lock color by color. It was built like a preference instrument, the kind of interface that could train a model without asking anyone to label a spreadsheet.

The whole thing lives on this site now: Display, Play, the factory of thirty collages, the concept boards, and the frame previews.
